Not By Chance.

Perspective Changes Everything.

What if you just paused?
Most of us spend our lives on autopilot.

We get so caught up in the day-to-dayness that we rarely stop long enough to ask whether we’re living the life we actually want.

My work is creating the space and grace for people to hit the pause button, zoom out, and see more clearly.

Because when we can see the bigger picture, we make better, more intentional choices.

Better perspective → Better choices → A better way to live, lead, work & love.

There’s no denying it – we’re living in an incredible time.

AI is changing the way we work, create, communicate, and solve problems.

I use it myself every single day.

But here’s the deal:

As our world becomes more artificial... we need authentic people more than ever.

People follow leaders they know, like, and trust.

Teams work better when people understand one another, communicate honestly, and have the crunchy conversations instead of kicking them down the road.

And organizations don’t create culture in a mission statement or at an annual retreat.

Culture is created in all those everyday interactions between people.

Technology can help us do a lot of things faster and better. It can’t build trust for us. It can’t make someone feel seen.

And it can’t decide what really matters.

That's where perspective comes in.

So often, the problem isn’t that we don’t have enough information. We’re simply too close to whatever we’re dealing with. We’re buried in the day-to-dayness, reacting to whatever pops up next, and looking at life through a lens that may need a good cleaning.

Sometimes we need enough distance to see what’s really going on.

That's the work I love.

Whether I’m working with a leadership team, speaking at a conference, or sitting across the table from one coaching client, I’m not there because I have all the answers. I create the space for people to step back, connect some dots, hear themselves again, and notice choices they couldn’t see before.

Because awareness gives you options.

And once you can see your options, you can consciously choose instead of simply reacting.

Ways We Can Work Together

Leadership
Teams

Sometimes a leadership team doesn't need another strategic planning session. Sometimes the strategy is fine and the people responsible for carrying it out need time to step away, gain perspective, strengthen relationships, and get aligned.

I affectionately call that Pre-tegic Planning.

Retreats and offsites give teams room to get out of the weeds, have conversations the day-to-dayness keeps postponing, break bread together, and see one another as people—not simply the person attached to the next problem on the agenda.

Keynotes & Conferences

When I speak at a conference, I want the people in the room to feel like we're having a conversation—not like they're being talked at for an hour.

We'll laugh. We'll think. We may call ourselves out a time or ten. And my goal is for people to walk away seeing something differently about the way they're living, leading, working, or showing up with other people.

More importantly, I want them to leave with something they can actually use when Monday morning rolls around.

Women's
Leadership

A lot of women have gotten very good at following the rules, doing what was expected, taking the next rung on the ladder, and trying to keep every plate spinning at the same time.

I know because I've been there, done that, got the T-shirt, shot glass, and scars to prove it.

My work with women creates room to step back from all those expectations and think about what success actually looks like for you—in this season of your life. Because the goal isn't to climb every ladder you're offered. It's to make choices you won't regret.

Maybe We Should Have Coffee Before We Start Looking at Engagement Rings.

I don’t know about you, but I’m not inclined to schedule a call with somebody five minutes after landing on their website.

I’d rather get to know them a little first.

So if something here resonates, stick around…

Think of it as having coffee before we decide whether we need another meeting on the calendar.

what My clients say about Me

Stay Connected

When I first started my business, I worked for years trying to minimize what I thought were my weaknesses, even my goofy sense of humor and my joie de vivre. With no vision, I just kept going where I was led. Today, I can see that the red thread running through everything was that I wanted to share what I’d learned with others, helping people leverage their gifts to do their best work and live an on-purpose fulfilling life. I’ve come to realize that my “weaknesses” were actually my superpowers. That’s why to be acknowledged as a New Orleans Magazine Woman of Influence is so humbling. I’m deeply honored and I’m grateful for all those who gave me a hand or helped show me the way.
