Hi y’all, Jennifer Ledet here. Well, so far 2020 has taught us a lot. And she ain’t finished yet! I don’t want to in any way minimize the suffering or the chaos that is going on in the world today. But I do hope to spark some inspiration and offer some insights to anyone who feels like we should just call 2020 a day and move on.
Adapting, pivoting, and rebuilding have been a constant these past months. We’ve all had to find new ways to lead and work.
I thought it would be interesting to take the pulse of some SMART, SAVVY, and sometimes SASSY women leaders – in particular – to see where they are in all of this and to hear what lessons they’ve learned about operating in this “Next Normal.”
I’m happy to interview Alli McEntyre who works for a global Event Organizer outside of Paris, France. Watch the interview to learn some valuable leadership lessons on adapting to dispersed team challenges, communicating, and using patience in decision-making in this video.
Now it’s YOUR TURN! How are you re-imagining what’s next? Pop a response in the comment box and let’s continue the conversation! And stay tuned for conversations with smart, savvy, and sometimes sassy women leaders. Until then, stay safe and stay sane!
I’ll be your guide on the side to help you THRIVE through these unchartered territories rather than just survive. Schedule a complimentary discovery call here: https://calendly.com/jennifer-ledet
