Mid-Career Women Leaders: Who Do You CHOOSE To Be?

Mid-Career Women Leaders: Who Do You CHOOSE To Be?

Mid-Career Women Leaders

Hi Y’all, Jennifer Ledet here with quick tips for women in mid-career, midlife, and

beyond who want to live and lead by choice, not by chance.

Well in the days and weeks leading up to Halloween – okay who am I kidding – the

MONTHS leading up to Halloween, there was a lot of talk amongst my grandkids about

costumes.

What costume are you wearing?

“JenJen” Who do you want to be?

We were asked that question a lot when we were kids.

What if you asked that question NOT in terms of wearing a mask or dressing up,

but about real life?

Who do you want to be?

Many of us spent a ridiculous amount of time being who other people wanted us to be.

But now you  get to decide who you are and who you want to be. You get to choose.

While it might seem like a simple question, it can be really tough to answer.

As women, we tend to be so other-focused. We want to be helpful and supportive – so much so that we never turn the lens on ourselves.

Another challenge is that many of the women that I’ve been talking with are in times of transition – Is that true for you? Maybe you’re facing an “empty nest”, or a change in your professional or work or family life, or you’ve been caring for a family member and that has changed.

And now you’re wondering who you are once those labels and “identities” have changed or fallen away.

Well, the good news is that you get to keep defining who you are and who you want to be.

If you want to explore all of this so that you can be intentional in creating a life that you love, you need to pick up a copy of my new book, Live and Lead by Choice, Not by Chance! Flourish at Any Age, Stage, & Season of Life.

In the book, I’ll walk you through the process of

(finally) Identifying your purpose,

of opting out of the Juggle Struggle, and

setting healthy boundaries so you can say Yes to the BEST and pass on the rest.

I didn’t write this because I have all the answers but because I’ve asked the same questions as you. I’ve had a lot of the same problems and challenges that you’ve had.

I wrote this because if I’ve learned a thing or two along the way, then I want to turn around and share what I’ve learned with others. If I can save someone time, effort, or humiliation, then so much the better.

This book is a guide to help you achieve your potential and create success on your own terms.

And BTW, in case you’re wondering, No – it’s not too l late, nor is it too early – to define success for yourself.

Come along and join my launch team. Don’t worry, you’re not making a lifelong commitment. All I ask is that you purchase the e-book on Amazon (at a vurry vurry special price) during the launch week, share on social media that you purchased the book and maybe a pic of you and the book, and then write a 2-sentence review on Amazon. That’s it!
